Rules for Spangles

- The first of two players places triangles numbered 1 in the
playing area.
- Alternately, the second player places triangles numbered 2.
- Each piece after the first piece must be placed edge to edge
against one or more pieces in play.
- First player whose triangles form either
(a) a four piece triangle or
(b) the three outer pieces of a four piece triangle wins the game.
