Rules for Spangles

1. The first of two players places triangles numbered 1 in the playing area.
2. Alternately, the second player places triangles numbered 2.
3. Each piece after the first piece must be placed edge to edge against one or more pieces in play.
4. First player whose triangles form either
   (a) a four piece triangle or
   (b) the three outer pieces of a four piece triangle wins the game.
