Congo is played on the following hexagonal board:

Each player has two colors with 12 stones each (the game can also played with four players).

DROP - On each turn, each player drops a stone on an empty cell not adjacent to stones of other colors.
GOAL - When a color cannot be used, it scores the number of stones of the previous stalemated colors (the first color get zero points). Wins the player with highest score.
